- Booking medium-large spaces is not immediate. You will receive a confirmation or denial after staff review.
After-Hours Space Use

- Approval of events held outside library hours of operation are conditional to finding staff coverage.
- Non-Library, after-hours events have a room use fee of $50 per hour.

Located: 1st floor

Study Room 2
Located: 2nd floor
Use Fee?: None Maximum Occupancy: 10 people Availability: During Library Hours Reserve up to 30 days in advance Equipment: Rolling tables, chairs, and LVOY materials |
Community Room
Located: Ground floor
Use Fee?: None, unless after-hours Maximum Occupancy: 10 - 70 people with chairs, 10 - 30 people with tables & chairs Availability: During & Outside Library Hours Request at least 1 week in advance Equipment: overhead projector system, tables, chairs, outlets |
Reading Room
Located: 1st floor
Use Fee?: $50/hr Maximum Occupancy: 10 - 70 people with chairs, 10 - 30 people with tables & chairs Availability: Outside Library Hours only Request at least 1 week in advance Equipment: grand piano, tables, chairs, outlets |
