Trans Allies in Progress Discussion Group
This group, with Reference and Technology Librarian Jessica Winum and Emily Smith, from the Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes, will read, listen to, or watch a piece of media that covers the transgender experience, and gather to discuss. This group meets the third Thursday of every month.
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that focuses on balance and breathing. Our sessions will be 45 minutes and include warm up, some simple related exercise, learning the Tai Chi forms, and cool down. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Tai Chi will be meeting on Wednesdays at 2pm and will be led by Pam Bishop.
Dungeons & Dragons
Our Dungeons & Dragons group meets every other Monday from 6 to 9 pm or every Saturday from 6 to 9 pm at Empire Coffee & Donuts on 590 PreEmption Rd in Geneva. Registration is required. See calendar for dates.
Every Wednesday at 10:30 am, a counselor from Ontario County Workforce Development will be available to offer one-on-one assistance for your employment needs. If you are unable to make it during this time, please feel free to contact Workforce Development at 585-396-4020 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make other arrangements.
The Musical Moments recital series at the Geneva Public Library takes place one Friday a month (unless otherwise specified) during Spring and Fall seasons. For more information about upcoming performances, click the image.
Join us at Empire Coffee & Donuts, 590 PreEmption Rd, as we gather to discuss our love of reading. There will be no required book to read. Just read whatever you like, and come and discuss with others who love to read. This group will meet the third Wednesday of each month. Please register so we know you are coming.
QiGong Infused Yoga
Join Dianne Murphy in a gentle yoga session infused with QiGong. Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat/blanket, block if you have one and water. This program will meet on Monday evenings at 5:30 pm in the Reading Room.
All Stitchers Welcome! Do you have a UFO (unfinished object) that you have been wanting to complete? Maybe you just want to get away and work with your "Soul Stitchers". Join us on the first and third Wednesday of every month in the library's Reading Room from 3 to 5 pm. No registration necessary.
Genealogy Research Roundtable
