Anti-Racist Book Club

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that focuses on balance and breathing. Our sessions will be 45 minutes and include warm up, some simple related exercise, learning the Tai Chi forms, and cool down. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Tai Chi meets on Wednesdays at 2 pm and is led by Pam Bishop. Adult Chess Club

BYOBook Club
Join us at Empire Coffee & Donuts, 590 PreEmption Rd, as we gather to discuss our love of reading. There will be no required book to read. Just read whatever you like, and come and discuss with others who love to read. This group will meet the third Wednesday of each month. Meditation
