The Geneva Public Library has a variety of meeting rooms available to outside organizations and individuals in need of a common space.
Please consult our meeting room options below and review our Meeting Room Policy before reserving a space. Depending on the size of your gathering, there may be a fee to use our space. Please review the Fee Schedule.

Small Study/Meeting Rooms
For smaller meetings, please call the Library to check availability and reserve the space at 315-789-5303.
Second Floor Study Room
Priority is given to Library Staff Meetings.
Located on the second floor, this small-medium space is free to use, though it cannot be booked more than a month in advance. Only available during library hours, the room can fit up to 10 people. The room is equipped with a large table, chairs, whiteboard, and the Literacy Volunteers of Ontario-Yates’ equipment. Front Study Room
Located on the first floor, this small space is free to use, though it cannot be booked more than a month in advance. Only available during library hours from mid-April to December, this room can fit up to 4 people. The room is equipped with a table and chairs.

Large Meeting Rooms
For large meetings, click here to reserve the
Community or Reading Room. Community Room
Located on the ground floor, this large space has a fee to use. The whole room may seat up to 70 people auditorium style or 30 at tables.
A partition has been installed in the room, which creates two medium-sized spaces available to reserve for a slight fee. One half may seat up to 25 people auditorium style or 15 at tables. Available during and after library hours, the room is equipped with a projector system, though patrons must supply their own laptop(s) to connect. Tables, chairs, and whiteboard are available upon request. Reading Room
Houses the Large Print and Audiobook Collections.
Located on the first floor, this large space has a slight fee to use. It may seat up to 70 people auditorium style or 30 at tables. This room is available during and after library hours, but while the library is open it is a public space. The room is equipped with a viewing balcony and grand piano. Tables, chairs, whiteboard, and portable projector with screen are available upon request. Patrons must supply their own laptop(s) to connect to the projector. |
