The Geneva Public Library has a variety of meeting rooms available to outside organizations and individuals in need of a common space.

Small Meeting Rooms
To check availability and reserve a Study Room,

Large Meeting Rooms
With the withdrawal of the Community Room, library events have been moved to the other spaces in the building usually available for outside groups. Therefore, there is little availability for outside groups. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Reading Room
Located: 1st floor
Use Fee?: Only when outside library hours. See Policy above. Maximum Occupancy: 70 people with chairs 30 people with tables & chairs Availability: During and outside Library Hours *During library hours, the space must stay open to the public for access to the Large Print and Audiobook Collections Equipment: Grand piano, tables, chairs, and if requested, whiteboard, podium, or portable projector & screen Community Room

Maximum Occupancy: 70 people with chairs 30 people with tables & chairs *When split by partition: 25 people with chairs 15 people with tables & chairs Availability: During and outside Library Hours Equipment: Projector system, tables, chairs, and if requested, whiteboard or podium |
